Garena Messenger updated to v1.031.

A few days after the Garena Messenger v 1.0.28 update, Garena has released v1.031.

Important notes:
You need close your Garena client if you want to play LAN games

Garena Messenger 1.031 change Log:

1. Fixed some crash issue with the Messenger.
2. Fixed an incompatible issue.
