Garena HoN Authentication Error Updates

Garena Heroes of Newerth authentication errors and chat channel issues have been affecting the general experience of Garena HoN.

Effects of the Garena HoN Problems:

1. Slow to connect to chat channel
2. Slow to retrieve player stats
3. PSR not reported sometimes
4. Authentication failed when trying to join match lobby

Good news!
Garena and S2 Games have found the root cause of these issues and are attempting to fix it.

What Garena HoN has done in the past week:
- Optimization on the server to improve the experience

To completely get rid of the problem, Garena and S2 games will do a server hardware upgrade and system maintenance around Jan 3rd 2011 (date to be confirmed with S2 games).

After the Garena HoN issues are fixed, Garena HoN will be patched to Garena HoN 1.0.21 which includes two new heroes of Newerth and a whole lot of new changes.

The implementation of HoN 2.0 is on the way.
