Bugs fixed:
1. Messenger will no longer lag for a few seconds right after login.
2. Limited the length of the text edit in main window and search window to 15.
3. Server health tooltip.
4. Duplicated file id in file transfer
5. Display "Authenticating..." in order not to show button without caption during authentication period(for GoKart, GoKartPH, HoN, Blackshot)

Adjustments/Modifications:
1. Removed unneccessary data sent from server during login.
2. Added 3 games for Taiwan users.
3. Add machine id in login packet to fix the "kickout by myself" problem during the server restart period.
4. Increased login timeout from 30 secs to 1 min.
5. Displayed update progress bar immediately after click update button in updater.

8. Add p ng support for background and posters which can implement alpha effect.
9. Add border enable, border color, slide interval setting in game panel version file.
10. Make downloaded background and posters files saved under the url folder structure.

9) Tooltips are now added for plugin buttons
10) Enabled drag and move window in the blank areas of login/main/chat windows
11) Game panels will now be displayed on the right side of the main window when there is not enough space on the left side

Garena Messenger Bugs fixed:

1) Updater may crash in some circumstances in Windows 7/Vista
2) The active border of UISlide control was kept shown when mouse moved out of window
3) User's input with character ' caused crashes when inserted into local database
4) Language with the ID in setting file will now be selected instead of the ID of current using language in the option window.
